Marki Lemons-Ryhal grew up in Chicago’s restaurant scene and learned the art of the business at a young age. However, when unforeseen circumstances began to threaten her financial stability in the family business, Marki decided to look for a new pathway to success. She wanted to earn an above-average income and feel like a stay-at-home mom, so in July of 2003, Marki became a licensed realtor. By the end of 2004, she was in the top 10% of realtors in the Chicago real estate market; and by 2006, she became a board member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

Create a Business Plan and Follow it Carefully

Since 2012, Marki has been focused solely on real estate education, serving as a keynote speaker and expanding her reach well beyond the Chicago real estate market. Her program specializes in social media and technology in real estate strategy, but she also shares time-management tactics and a business plan that can free up time in your schedule. Every year, Marki has been taking more items off of her calendar, in spite of the fact that her schedule continues to pile up.
