The Never-Ending Journey to Time and Financial Freedom

Before Tonio Bianca figured out how to achieve financial freedom through real estate, he worked a number of different jobs in different industries. He fell into real estate like most of us do, and after years of hard work, he co-founded Munkberg Bianca Realty Group with his wife in Orlando, Florida. Their venture started with one spec house that netted Tonio more than his annual salary. He quit his day job, began investing full-time, and opened a brokerage to create additional streams of revenue on top of his investments. Tonio and his wife went from building one house per year to three, and this year they will do seven, all while running a successful real estate business focused on serving their ideal clients. It has been a profitable endeavor that gives Tonio and his wife flexibility and freedom they never thought possible!

Find the Perfect Balance

This applies to your specialization in real estate and your role on a team. As a husband and wife team, Tonio and his wife have to balance their responsibilities at work and at home. Tonio handles much of the investment and marketing aspects of the business, while Christina oversees negotiations, contracts, and scheduling. With a toddler in the picture now, there are additional responsibilities and added stressors, but finding that balance has enabled Tonio and Christina to continue doubling their revenue every year since they started.

Realizing Your Vision Takes Time

Tonio and Christina figured out how to achieve financial freedom in real estate because their journey was guided by concrete goals. What do time and financial freedom mean to you? For Tonio and Christina, it was the flexibility to plan for their family, spend time together, and take time off whenever they wanted. Now that they are finally starting to see the fruits of their labor, the goals are beginning to materialize. The journey to time and financial freedom is never-ending and many of us struggle with that. For Tonio, it is still extremely difficult to walk away from unfinished business.
