How You Leverage Your Time
Chris started his team in 2014, and in just 6 years, they have achieved unprecedented real estate growth. Whether you are a solo agent, team leader, or a business owner, Chris’s approach to goal setting and execution is universal. The tactics change depending on where we are and where we want to be, but our need to conquer the fear of both success AND failure is consistent across the board! As we kick off the new year, I encourage you to take a step back and look at the big picture. Focus less on lead generation and more on how you leverage your time—this will give you the outline you need to think tactically on a granular level.
I Want to Double My Business But…
What is holding you back from achieving the real estate growth you need to hit your goals? Fear and time management are only part of it. Even if you have conquered fear and figured out how to leverage your time, you need a blueprint that aligns with your goals. It sounds simple, but our blueprints often fail to change with us based on our progress, stress levels, life events, and a bunch of other external factors. Our blueprints need to be adaptive because they are a critical tool in holding ourselves accountable. We talked about planning for all of Q4! But you can’t measure your progress or track your results if the plan is not changing with you. Focus on moving the needle, even if it is inch by inch, and adjust your blueprint so you can keep that momentum going!
